Division 1 V Allen Gaels

We played Allen Gaels in Division 1 in Drumshanbo on Saturday losing by 1-11 to 1-06. Annaduuf lined out minus Brendan Guckian, Ray Cox, Seamus Mulvihill and Ml.Rowley.We led at the break by 0-5 to 0-4 thanks to some long range points from Alan Cox and some good saves from Barry Daly. Joe Cox scored an excellent goal for Annaduff at the start of the second half however the second half was generally dominated by Allen Gaels especially by Sean Mulvey, Adrian Cullen, Padraig Kenny and Declan Gilhooly and they emerged deserving winners against an understrenghth Annaduff by five points. Annaduff : Barry Daly, Dermot Reynolds, Conor McLoughlin,James Cox,, Matty Cox, David Duignan,Sean McNabola, Fergal Carroll, David McHugh, Enda McHugh (0-1,0-1 from frees,),Ronan McCormack , Colm Cox ,Joe Cox (1-0),Cathal Cox (0-1),Alan Cox ( 0-4).
