Bord na nóg:
Under Nines Go Games Blitz with St Marys 27/04/19:
Annaduff under 9’s began their Go Games blitzes hosting near neighbours St Marys in an entertaining series of small sided games in Annaduff.
Annaduff had a strong panel of twenty players while St Marys could only manage fifteen due to community games commitments. Both teams split up into even ability teams, played two quarters, then swopped pitches and positions to play the other team. All players enjoyed the games and the fact that they got to play in different positions on the pitch. The games are non-competitive in nature with points only recorded as scores. The one play rule encouraged our players to pass the ball more and kept all the team interested. The strong wind again made good football difficult but all persevered for an entertaining morning’s football. Everyone was happy to go to the clubhouse for drinks, sandwiches and cakes. Training resumes next weekend with further blitzes scheduled for 11th of May and 1st June.

U7s, U9s, & U11s Boys and Girls have started back training on Saturday mornings. Remember any boys in the Annaduff, Drumsna and Dromod area are more than welcome to come along Saturday morning at 10am have a look, try it out we would be delighted to see you.
