Skills Competition:
What a fantastic night at the LeitrimGAA U12 County Skills competition in the Centre of Excellence on Friday night last, were 30 teams that took part. The scores this year were the highest ever, with the winning score in 2018 only coming in 4th this year.

We are Super proud of our lads taking top spot. They will go forward to represent Leitrim in Connacht.

Leitrim Handball Open Day:
The newly formed Annaduff Handball Club, in conjunction with Leitrim Handball, is holding its first open day and coaching workshop in the McGovern Aughavas Leitrim Centre of Excellence on Saturday 5th October. This is an open day for anyone interested in handball in the Centre of Excellence catchment area. Our club will, going forward, utilise the fantastic handball facilities in the Centre on Excellence and offer handball coaching & competitions for all in local areas. On this first open day we are inviting juvenile members aged 10-12 years of age, both girls & boys, with their parents and any adult members. The open day will allow you learn about the rules and try your hand at handball. We will have one of the GAA’s National Handball Coaching / Development Officer along with our own Leitrim Handball Officers present to facilitate an interesting & enjoyable open day.
Running Order: 11am-1pm Introduction to Handball and try your hand on the court in the COE. 1:30pm-3pm Adult Coaching workshop.

Annaduff Ladies:
On Saturday the 26th of October the The Leitrim Ladies GFC with be presenting the Kube in the Landmark Hotel, Carrick On Shannon. The Annaduff ladies will be putting forward 2 contestant’s and as part of that we have to raise money so calling on all business out there we need to sell ads for the program on the night half page €100 or full page €200 or if you can help with sponsorship in anyway, please contact Ann Marie Cox 083 1093332.

Girls Under U10s & U8s:
St.Marys were the visitors to Annaduff on a sunny Saturday morning last. We had 28 Girls take part in a 15 aside in the U10s and 13 aside in the U8s well done to all. Some great young footballers in the making. And great work being done from the Coaches of Ann Marie, Viv & Terry. And with the U6s were Mairéad, Eimear, Majella and Grainne. Also many thanks to the parents who helped out with the catering in the hall after.

Boys U11s:
We had 20 boys travel the short distance to Bornacoola on Saturday morning last. With another super display from all the boys. Well done to all and their mentors Michael Rowley, Padraig Dunne and Mark O’Shea.

The Westlink Coaches U15 Championship:
Our U15s began their Championship away to Mohill on Saturday last, unfortunately losing out to what was a very close game for most of the hour. Annaduff GAA would like to wish Cian Dockery a speedy recovery after he got injured during the game. Full time score Annaduff 3-08 to Mohill 4-12.

The Vistamed Junior A Championship:
Our junior A Semi-final played in Leitrim Gaels on Sunday ended in a comprehensive win for Annaduff over Aughawillan, Full time score: Annaduff 3-13 to Aughawillan 0-12. Great performance throughout the game from all players we now play Glencar-Manorhamilton in the final.
