Under 14 League ( Beaten By Aughnasheelin)
In the under 14 league on Saturday we were beaten for the first in the league by a very well organised Aughnasheelin. Annaduff : Eamon Reddan, Ciaran Egan, Colm McHugh, Anthony Reddan, Daire Guckian, Conor Cronin, James Doherty ( Capt), Colm Murray, Kyle Mulvihill Farrell,Sean Quigley, Adam O’Hagan. Subs used : Shane Cox, Darragh Flanagan.
Shield Defeat to Allen Gaels
In a volatile match played in the Shield in Annaduff on Saturday evening, Allen Gaels beat Annaduff by 0-9 to 0-6. The teams were level at 0-5 each at the break. Annaduff’s first half points came from Colm Cox with two, Cathal Cox with two and a point from Sean McNabola.Annaduff were severly weakened when star midfielder Brendan Guckian received a red card after 13 minutes.Allen Gaels were the better side in the second half outscoring the home side by 0-4 to 0-1. Colm Cox scored Annaduff’s only point in the half after 50 minutes.
