Our boys team won their final beating Allen Gaels in a thrilling match, while our girls played great football and lost out to an excellent Fenagh side.

 

Division 2 vDromahair

We received a walk/over from Dromahair on Sunday. Training took place instead in Rosses Point.

At the draw held in Duignan’s , Drumsna, there was no Jackpot winner.The numbers drawn were :1,6,19,20. The 50 Euro winner was Angela Neary, Shannon Haven, Dromod. The 25 Euro winners were Geraldine Thornton, Derrycarne,Niamh Lavin, Corduff,Olive Cox, Antfield,Jim Kelly, Dromod. The next draw takes place on Sunday night next in the Brandywell, Dromod with a Jackpot of 2,400 Euro.

Strictly Come Dancing

Annaduff G.A.A are delighted to announce that Strictly Come Dancing is coming to the Parish later on this year. During the coming months, we will be recruiting dancers who do not need any experience in dance.Participants will then an undergo intensive preparatory programme with experienced instructors during the autumn months.

Division 2 v Glenfarne/Kilty

We beat Glenfarne/Kilty by 2-8 to 0-4 in Glenfarne on Saturday under very wet conditions.Kenny Cox opened the scoring with a point followed by a point for the home team from Fergal Glancy.Matty Cox who was at his brilliant best scored a goal in the 10th minute followed by points from Kenny Cox and a pointed “45” from Sean McNabola.Kenny Cox and Sean McNabola got two more points before the break with Glenfarne also getting two points.Annaduff led at the break by 1-5 to 0-3.Conditions got even worse in the second half Sean McNabola and Ray Cox pointed before Glenfarne replied with a point. Matty Cox then flicked the ball to the net in the 55th minute to leave Annaduff winners by 10 points.
