Division 1 V Melvin Gaels

In a keenly contested Division 1 match in Annaduff on Saturday evening Annaduff beat Melvin Gaels by 0-9 to 0-5.Annaduff led at the break by 0-4 to 0-3 thanks to two points in the final minutes by the Enda McHugh with his superb pace. This second half was again very competitive with Annaduff finishing the stronger with the last three points from Feargal Carroll, Enda McHugh and the very impressive Sean McNabola. Annaduff lined out as follows: Kevin Ludlow, James Cox, Dermot Reynolds, Chris Farrell (Capt), Sean McNabola (0-1), David Duignan,ConorMcLoughlin David McHugh, Brendan Guckian,Enda McHugh ( 0-4), Ronan McCormack, Alan Cox (0-1), Ray Cox (0-2) , Feargal Carroll (0-1), Joe Cox. Annaduff Parish and G.A.A Lotto

At the draw held in Duignan’s, there was no Jackpot winner. The numbers drawn were 4,5,13 and 16.€50 was won by Imelda Kilkenny, Fenagh. The €25 winners were Tom Quigley, Drumsna, Jason Faughnan, Dromod, Kelly and Derek Canning, Mucklaghan Glebe and Rose Notley, Antfield.The next draw will be held in Cox’s on Sunday night next with a Jackpot of €1,400.
